Time flies!

Weeks passes by so fast and all of a sudden I have been a part of Team Thomas for 5 weeks. It feels good! I especially like the atmosphere at Thomas, we’re really a team; helping each other and open up for new ideas. 

My first project is about writing Thomas Betong’s sustainability report. Which means that I will be working on summarizing our work on environmental issues, work environment, safety, health, diversity, equality etc. I am very excited for this, but it is also very challenging.

This week I have been focusing on our environment aspects, which means that I have been going over what parts of our business that have the greatest impact on the environment. Next week, I will go to Stockholm and be educated on how to report according to the new sustainability act. Hopefully, it corresponds to my ideas and visions for this report.
