During the past three months, I have been stationed in Ringön, where I have been working at our Pump Division. There, I have mainly been working with the development of metrics and monitoring. During my time at the Pump Divisiont, I also had the opportunity to accompany one of our pump drivers during a work day. You can read more about my experience of concrete pumping at the construction site in my previous post "Pumping and site testing". I want to say a big thank you to our Pump Manager Linda Wegdell, but also to our three pump coordinator Anders Claesson, Mats Niska and Jan Nordqvist, for really making me feel welcome in the pump team!

During my last two weeks at Ringön, I also got the opportunity to work in the area of ​​production. While there, I worked mainly with metrics, as well as with analyzing our transportation costs. Despite a very short period in the area of production, I still had the chance to learn a lot, both from our Production Manager Anita Lunderg and our Transport Manager Magnus Mårtensson. I must also take this opportunity to thank you all at Ringön - Pump Drivers, Concrete Drivers, Administrators, Sales, Customer Service, Factory Staff and others - for an incredibly fun and educational time! You are all awesome!

Now, in conjunction with the start of the third trainee period, I am back at our headquarters at Södra Vägen. During the next three months, I will be working with Business Controlling, containing training and report building in Insight, participating in the process for producing Forecasts, and Risk Management. I am sure that this period will be offering many exciting tasks and a lot of great knowledge!
