Philipp Schadendorf - new CEO of Thomas Beton in Germany

Thomas Concrete Group has experienced steady growth in Germany for several years and plans to further strengthen its presence and position in the German market. They are now recruiting Philipp Schadendorf as the new CEO of Thomas Beton GmbH.
Philipp Schadendorf is raised in the construction industry, where his family operated a construction contracting company. He has solid experience and expertise in the concrete industry and has previously held various positions at the Heidelberg Materials Group and currently serves as the Managing Director of its subsidiary Trapobet Transportbetongesellschaft mbH Kaiserslautern KG. With an MBA in General Management, dual Bachelor's Degrees in Civil Engineering, and a background as a Site Manager in his family's company, Philipp Schadendorf combines practical experience with crucial industry knowledge and leadership.

In his new role as CEO of Thomas Beton GmbH, Schadendorf will focus on continued growth to further fortify the company. His mission also includes leading the team towards the company’s vision of being perceived as the best in its industry and promoting internal collaboration to ensure sustainable and long-term success.

Philipp Schadendorf assumes the position of CEO on August 1st this year. The current CEO, B. Rainer Brings, will continue in his role until July 31st and thereafter he will remain as a strategic advisor for Thomas Beton GmbH during a transition period and subsequently retire in 2025.
